Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the details. This is not order acceptance. When your item is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and the contract is formed.

All items are presented in high-quality jewellery packaging. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri) and delivered in 1–5 working days within Ireland. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of €10.

We deliver within the Republic of Ireland using tracked services, and some orders may require a signature. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, and ownership passes once payment is received in full.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under EU consumer law (excluding bespoke or hygiene-sealed items once opened). We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee and a 30-day exchange policy for eligible items returned in their original condition and packaging.
